Cyrtoceras floribundum, most likely! There's 3 Hoya that look almost exactally the same except for the angles of the tip of the flower. H. Javanica is one of the others and the last escapes me now. Look up a thread called "Hoyas HO" where there are some close-ups of the flower...I think I also posted a link to David Liddel's explanatory photos there. Of course it might have been on a thread on the 'old' Pet Pitcher site!
This is an easy grower, but unlike most hoyas prefers soil and grows as a bush not a vine. It seeds heavily (mine anyway, with a pod or 10 every few months). Just catch the seed before it blows away!
