Do you need to blend the concotion before fermenting or you just let them be in chunk/whole like that?
What about fruit that's a bit off? I'm sure we all have part rotting mandarin orange at home, can I just cut the totted part and use the rest of the fruit in this mix?
Any vegetable / fruit will work? And when you say brown sugar, you mean the red chunky palm sugar that's used in traditional 'kuih' making or the brown sugar that's for cake?
