Like Kevyn mentioned, I also think your nep still acclimatising to new growing environment especially this plant looks like a
N. sanguinea or it's hybrid (intermediate - HL nep).
On fertilizing, I always add some Osmocote slow release fert into the media of my neps... so far no ill effect but if you
put too much, you will get nep with large foilage without any pitcher...
