This version in the NY Daily News, (which depicts a N. burb as the new Nep species) claims that NYC is considering using these plants to control the rat population in their mass transit system! I told them they would have a far better chance of getting rid of all the cockroaches and mosquitoes in NYC if they just planted VFTs and sundews in all their wetlands, swamps and landfills.
