Harris, Hi, I have not read any post from you so I don't have any comment if your posts were "rude" or not. But I have 2 suggestions:
1. There is always a way to politely say something, specially over the internet, I usually go out of my way to try to use friendly words, and usually that makes my posts long.
Emoticons also work well use them.
2. Please try to avoid shortcut words like u or ppl's or sry or hw, reason is that not everyone knows those short cuts, we have a full keyboard to work with and it is best to type the whole words, helps us with our spelling. However of course if you are using an ipad or tablets or even small computers have small keyboards, we'll understand.
