They are
P. ehlersiae. I have
P. 'Florian' and
P. jaumavensis as well. Still got no flower. I used to try 100% inorganic media. But the plants were not doing well.
I think tropical climate won't trigger Mex. Pings to dormant. At least for my plants. Let's see how they doing after several years.

for me it is a hydroponic substrate , 'in situ ' the substrate is quite different
the dormancy is necessary for a lot of plant , otherwise they would wither .
here for the mexican ping the succulent stage are necessary for them like 'in situ'
some of mine in mineral substrate actually not in dormancy
