A humidity meter is called Hygrometer. It is used to measure relative humidity of the environment. Go to pet shop that does sell reptiles and you should be able to find them. The analog hygrometer is cheap (less than RM10). Digital ones are more expensive. I got one by the brand name exo-terra.
