Rocks...
« Thread Started on Mar 23, 2007, 11:05am » Does anyone know where to get pumice and vermiculite? Or those largeish lava rocks? If i'm looking for a more rocky feel instead of sphagnum.

« Reply #3 on Mar 24, 2007, 1:00am » It is not necessary to add vermiculite in the mixture, perlite is good enough. I heart some people add in vermiculite for pings' media which need more air for the roots. But still, there are people succeed without it, as long as the growing condition is right for them.
As for lava rock or maybe some nice drift wood, you can try Natural Aquatic World at SS19, near your place.
