One of few rootless Till with fragrant flowers. Very nice spicy lime scented flowers at the size of about our 10 cents. 3 petals purplish blue base flower with white throat.
The most distinctive and appealing character of this species is the the twirling habbit of its' leaves. This mechanism is used as a gripping method on tree branches as it and the host leaves competing for sunlight.
Mine is a 7 years plant. Never fail to flower every year during Septmber.
