IMHO, anything involving veitchii will be slightly slower growing and more sensitive towards humidity and well drained media.

For maxima x veitchii, if the female maxima is the intermediate form, it might not adapt well to our local weather but that's only in theory. Since most EP's nep are seed grown, it'll be hard to say for certain because no 2 are alike (both pitcher morphology and growth habit) when we talk about seed grown neps.
