Did you throw away the packets already? If you still have them, then just try to open them or close them in reverse as you opened them. I too like how they were made, but the first time I got one I quikly copied how it was done and has been doing the same every since.
The key is this:
1. You need a perfect (or near pefect) square piece of paper.
2. You crease it in the middle to form a triangle.
3. You fold the two edges of the triangle towards each other, then fold the top part so that there is still some extra paper on the top to insert.
Yes would be easier with photos or drawings, have no time to do it yet. But as I said try to learn by using the old packets first.
