hi, to me it looks dehydrated and most probably overheated. it always happens to the shipments especially to my place as it takes longer journey and mishandling of the packages ie package left under the hot sun or the parcel sitting near to heat source....i would suggest give more humidity to it...it is just my humble suggestion however others in the forum might give you more accurate ways to handle the situation...
