Very saturated colours on this one.. Should be grown half-shaded and watered much all year. Feed by spraying with foliar fertiliser. I assume ts grown without any media in a small wooden/plastic basket. You can surround it with your tillies or drape a little spanish moss on the roots to keep humidity up and encourage active root growth..These types generally flower once ot twice a year.
