David had answer some of your question. I do believed that you are going to place this tank in your room. The day temp is ok without aircon. But night time, the temp in your tank will drop to ard 20degree with the lights off.
As for the humid, go to the glass cutter, have them cut for you a piece of glass. At the top corner of the glass where you are going to place the fan, cut a 1 inch small hole. By doing this, you will have gas exchange yet able to hold the humid stable in there. It will be bettet for you to spray it atleast twicw a day.Your humidity will be ard 80%+ - constant.
You can insert a small tubing at the back of the tank to the reservoir for ease of water exchange. You can also go to the aqurium shop to buy a fan for fish tank. Just drop in on a coner of the tank.
I hope your mini intermediate ecosystem would be a success.
