Default A true gem...

Just arrived today, and i cant really be happier with it...
a rooted cutting of a female N. spectabilis from Gunung Sinabung




and now for her future husband, which we all know ;D
my N. spectabilis North Sumatra

who is working on an upper pitcher on the main vine again finally hopefully no little lid syndrome this go-around

Truely a gem, sirkristoff! Good that you have both female and male, you could propogate them and sell the seedlings, . From whom did you get the female cutting?

awesome spectabilis . Its colors often show up if crossed with others.

yeah, it sure does Robert, ive seen some amazing hybrids made with this plant, though my ultimate goal is to make species seeds...

was out moving stuff around in the greenhouse yesterday and caught this hiding behind the pot, a new pitcher opened up on my male


and while i had the male out to get a pic of the new pitcher, i thought i would get the partners together...

another of one of the females pitchers...
