It's doing fine edward. Thanks for asking. Below is a picture I just took, but as you can see, there's not much difference compared to the last picture I post in this thread. But it has given me alot of small pitchers compred to the first few pictures of the plant when I first got it.

Growth is very slow but lately the leaves are developing faster thanks to the cooler temperatures because of the rains.

Re: David: My new "Pet"

Marvin,

Mine died as well... not because of anything but my carelessness. I poured some diluted orchid fertiliser into it's pitchers and the plant start to dry up and die over an excruciating period of about 1-2 months.

Thought that would help in it's growth since it cannot catch insects in my closed terrarium. But I think some of the fertiliser flowed into the media and that burned the roots.

The plant at the background is the same plant. It's a mirror reflection. I built the terrarium with the mirror so that light can be reflected back on the plant maximising the light intensity on the plant.

Sorry hear both of you have lost your heli. With fertilizer use a 1 in 10 dilution. Mike (ACPS member) uses a 10% solution of Manutec fertilizer on his swamp pitchers and keep winning the monthly competition with them.

Thanks for the advise Khoas. Will try that out with my next heli if I get another one in the near future. Will google Manutec fetilizer to find out more.

Khoas, out of topic. You means Mike pour not organice fertilizer to his CP's pitcher? I thought pitcher will dry? :spinning:

So far, I just spray fertilizer to my CP and not dare to pour it to pitcher. Im using fertilizer that I mixed my self. :shy:
