One of my absolute favourite and faithful neps, Nep rafflesiana.. Bought this one from Carrefour supermarket for RM13.. The colour is nice, but I wish it would grow faster..!

Nice plants you have there. By the way you can upload pictures directly into your post. check out the post here. Waa, you've got quite a big pot of N. burbidgeae x edwardsiana. Can I know how long you've been growing this plant and waht are the conditions it is grown in? I just got a plantlet from Eric's stall at the Flora Fest and want to make sure I do not kill it.

Thanks, David.. I'm quite used to photobucket, and the pics are clearer too.. :) I also just got the (burbudgeae x edwardsiana) at the Flora Fest a few days ago, so can't help you there. I hope it grows well for me too.. The one I bought cost RM25.. I think that's the same size as yours.. I also got another nep seedling (RM8) among a bunch of mixed seedlings.. That one has hairy leaves, so I'm hoping it turns out to be (veitchii x hurrelliana) or (veitchii x fusca) which were also sold there..

The raff is Bau Red. You can buy it at carefour????:confused: What type of media was the raff in when you bought it?

Thanks, Edward.. :) Yup, I bought the raff at Carrefour about 4 years ago.. I think it was a one off thing.. The firts and last time I have ever seen neps sold in supermarkets.. :tongue: wish I had bought more though.. it was potted in butnt earth, but I changed to sphag. Now using fern root, sphag and sand mixture.. Seems to work well..
