How To Insert/Upload Images/Files

When submitting a reply or new post, you can insert images and files or even upload images into the forum. This means you can either post a picture from a photo hosting site or upload a picture directly from your computer on your post (Pictures will be hosted on PetPitcher server). You are allowed to upload the following file/picture type on your post: bmp, doc, gif, jpe, jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, psd, txt, zip.

How to post an image/file directly from your computer

Step A. Uploading Attachments

1. On the toolbar, click the "Attachments" button (paperclip icon).
2. Click "Browse".
3. Find the image/file you wish to upload and click "Open".
4. Click the "Upload" button next to the "Browse" button.
5. Wait a while for the the image/file to be uploaded. The image/file has been uploaded when it appears under Current Attachments.
6. If you have other images/files to upload, repeat steps 2 to 5.
7. Once uploads are completed, click "Close this window" on the upper right corner.

Step B. Inserting the uploaded image into a post

1. Position the cursor where you want the image to be inserted.
2. On the toolbar, click the "Attachments" button (paperclip icon).
3. Select an image to insert into the post.

How to add an image from another website / photo hosting site

1. Copy the URL of the image you wish to insert.
2. On the toolbar, click the "Insert Image" button. (Picture icon).
3. Paste the URL by pressing Ctrl+V and click "OK".
