Could also be pest. Use neem oil or water base pesticides. follow what Ding says. Clean out the roots and soak the plant in pesticide. Then re-pot in fresh potting media. Make sure you wash the media...

D. peltata and tuberous drosera
Have anyone grow tuberous in hot tropicsl climate before? Can it be done or a cold terrarium must be built to house them?
I recently got hold of some D. peltata seeds.

So far I noticed most of my drosera are doing well in it. I think i will leave those that are thriving in this media. After looking at all the pots, it is quite a tedious job repotting all. Haa...
