Put a humidity dome on it, that is just some kind of plastic cup or something to keep humidity high in the pot.
Don't wait, if you wait it will take a very long time
Just let it be and just make sure that the spahgnum is kept moist, putting a water tray under is better so you just check that. Good luck!
