Don't wait, if you wait it will take a very long time Just let it be and just make sure that the spahgnum is kept moist, putting a water tray under is better so you just check that. Good luck!

but it's till very long....let's say it's over a _ _ _ _ _ and may take longer. Don't abandon it halfway, they also grow then they find no water and die.Well mine always do that =.="

May I know, any steps we need to do before sow the Drosera seed?

Well, prepare the sphagnum moss and then sprinkle the seeds on it. I prefer shredding the sphagnum since the seeds tend to fall into the holes and crevices that long fibered sphagnum has. However, it takes a REALLY long time to shred with your hands

Peat moss is more easier, from my point of view. Just put the pot on a water tray and a humidity dome on top of it. There isn't much need to prepare. As long as you have wet suitable media, sufficient light and the seeds, you'll get your burmanii in no time.

Yup I agree most droseras doesn't need any preparation before germination, the key is to use fresh seeds. Burmanii, Spatulata, capensis, indica, intermedia all just sow them as soon as possible.

I actually have good results using cocopeat as well, compared to sphagnum moss and peat moss, not sure why. I also notice that there I get better success when the medium is at least 2 inch deep and a humidity dome that is maybe 2 to 3 inches tall only. Water dish I also always use.

When you have seedlings, make sure you don't water overhead or over them, just use the water dish instead.
