That would have to be one of the best mirabilis pitchers/forms that I have seen. Not usually a big fan of mirabilis but pictures like this one certainly change my mind.

Waa lau! That is a beauty! Even the tendrils are red. Are those the leaves at the background or is it from another plant?

Simply beautiful. Thanks for sharing

Hi all, thanks for the compliments.

This one is really a beauty even the stems and leafs both sides are reddish. The whole plant is about 1,5 meter tall.

@David, yes that is the leaf.

Another upper is opening up and even bigger than this one, will post some picture later on.

This form is an excellent one. If this plant i a male, this mirabilis could revolutionize the mirabilis from plain pink-green appearing pitchers to lavish red beauties. Imagine this crossed to anything with great expectations to be seen in its progeny.

Thanks Michael, I am anxiously waiting for this one to bloom, will keep you update on this one then. By your saying and experience, is that the gene for male is stronger compare with female in crossing?

More to share, just open up and the biggest so far stand approx 12 cm / 4.5 inch:

more glowing pic:

closer look at the peristome:

If that is a male and it had pollen, everyone would want it because crossed to anything, great red ****es would result. Imagine crossing it with a veitchii and get red ****es with veitchii striped peristome, or crossing it with green truncata and get vivid red hybrid ****es, crossing it with a red bical you'd get very red ****es.

Thanks all, this plant is my favorite, as this one is easy to care for and got unique characteristic from stem, leaf, tendril up to pitcher are reddish in color.

@Michael: hope this one will turn out to be male then. Seems like red is still the favorite color for pitcher.

@marigoldsfail21: I am just a hobbyist that are looking for many many same interest friends around the globe, so will just share the pollens to interest party.
