Do I let it flower or should I snip it off so that it won't stress the plant?

There is no need to cut off the flower stalk from the D. spatulata as they dont really stress the plant out at all.

Both of your sundews are doing great! your adelae looks healthy. FYI i grow my drosera under full sun with water tray, same condition as my VFT. U can start propagating your Adelae if u want

Lovely....btw, do look out for aphids under the leaves or on the flower stalk...they sometimes appear....
