Welcome to the forum. The plants are not to fussy about how you look after them. I trim the dead traps and leaves off as they go brown. If you prefer a natural look then you can leave them on. If the area is very humid and you think they may be susceptible to fungal attack then cut off dead traps and leaves. Cheers.

I personally trim them off at the tip of the leaf blade when they are completely brown. It's really a matter of preference. If you can't stand the sight of browning pitchers, then cut cut cut! :D
