Default An unexpected finding near wetland area!

Few months ago, a famous Taiwan aquatic plant expect, Lin Chun-Chi (林春吉) came to Malaysia. He would like to take some photos of Malaysian aquatic plant for his new book. So, we came to this wetland area.

This area is quite big. However, not much interesting aquatic plants there.

The only rare aquatic plant we found was Aponogeton undulatus! People there called it 'Sotong Air' (Water Squid).

And I caught some tiger barb (Puntius partipentazona). Nothing special.

Due to not much things there, we decided to move to another wetland. After 1 hour travel, I saw something familiar hidden between the fern.

Wow! What is this?

Haruan usually stay close to structure in shallow water... while Toman will roam and tends to group in one area... did you see red color fries? Arhh... miss my fishing days....
