Just to find out, is the peat moss old/stale or have they popped out just recently? do they live on the surface or in the peat moss? because I haven't had this before in my media but seeing they look like nematodes/soil larvae I don't think they are harmful.

The only time they have been a problem for me is with seedlings, which they kill very quickly. (they ate my mimosa plant seedlings ) To get rid of them you could use an insecticide, or you can let the soil dry out for a while.
