The pots are not available in Malaysia. An old friend gave it to me as a gift.

David, I found out those black sand you are using (to place on top) is actually rich in mineral especially iron. Try with a piece of magnet to proof it. It could be harmful to your plant!

Dear forum members... Please avoid using this black sand. I have tested with a magnet and a few grains of sand actually flew up and stick on the magnet. TS is right! I am slowly going to remove all the black sand from my pots.

The iron may not be such a problem for the Aussie plants. Australian soils are usually quite high in Iron. Might be worth trying out on some plants if you have spare.

So far I noticed most of my drosera are doing well in it. I think i will leave those that are thriving in this media. After looking at all the pots, it is quite a tedious job repotting all. Haa haa...
