Default please help N.clipeata in critical condition!

I bought this N.clipeata from A.W it arrived on 15/5/09
arrived not in good condition.
planted it in a mixture of 50% peat moss , perlite, vermiculite, coco barks +rock wool.
it is grown in a tropical terrarium - now temp. is 30 C
it condition was with no improovment & even regression.
till two weeks ago even the two or three leafs that were from the begining started to dry, and the new leaf that started a month ago is stuck.
any one have an idea how to help this poor plant?
mybe the Isrtaeli summer is not good for it?
U can see the attached pic, now it has onley 2 dring leafs
