Nice find Wong, N. mirabilis always has a special place in my heart coz it's my first nep that I grew.

Found any "hot lip" variety?

Hot lips means red lip green body?I noticed they also have mold on their peristome like my sanguinea.

I think those "mold" you are talking about are the sugar deposit which the plant produces...My enchino produces lots of it...
