Re: D. adelae calling for Help!
Off the top of my head until a photo is posted:
1. Plant adjusting 2. Humidity too low. Try putting in a brighter area and put a clear plastic container to increase humidity.

Re: D. adelae calling for Help!
It can take a week or so for a plant to adjust to it's new conditions. I agree with Ben's advice but make sure the light for adelae isn't too bright. they naturely occur in shaded areas and if you put it in direct sun this could harm the plant. A bright area is good but not direct sunlight.

Re: D. adelae calling for Help!
Don't throw it out. Keep it moist and in bright but not direct sun. They often die down and reshoot from the roots. Mine have done this several times.

Re: D. adelae calling for Help!
In my indoor growing conditions under artificial lights, I find D. adelae a very spoilt or a better word would be delicate plant. It does not do well in my grow chamber with the rest of the Drosera but it does well in an enclosed terrarium with high humidity and lower light levels. It makes sense since they grow in shaded conditions most of the time in the wild. That explains the higher humidity and lower light levels. Other species of Drosera grow in wet open areas where there is more air circulation and sunlight.
Follow the advise by strath76 and BA but once you've place it in an ideal location for it to acclimatise, leave it alone. Resist handling the pot or shifting it too often so that it can acclimatise properly. make sure the saucer under the pot is filled with water always. Let us know how it goes yaa.
