yup.....glorious season for them!
but how do you keep them erect and not lying as if they have been swept by typhoon?

Re: Bake your Sarracenia under full sun!
I love hot temperature rather than raining day!
Just like my D. filiformis, D. indica, B. liniflora. Keep all of them close to each other. However, some pitchers still can lie down if got really heavy rain. Our country got typhoon ? Last edited by piscesilim; 25th May 2010 at 06:47 PM. |

Re: Bake your Sarracenia under full sun!
I use 100% sphagnum moss before. Yes. no different. But sphagnum moss tend to become compressed and decrease the root ventilation after some time. Adding perlite is to increase the ventilation. And make your medium last longer.
