Default Caput medusae comparison

Alvin, I've forgotten where was the previous post of you mentioning abt few variants in caput-medusae. Here's a pict for comparison. The one on the left is the normal caput and the right hand plant is a variant (my assumption only).


Obvious you can see the difference. The bract and flowers are the same....So, I would say it's a caput of another form.

I've attached an article abt variations in Tills. It will be very helpful for us in further understanding about these plants.

Hi Andy,
I couldn't find the post as well, but anyway yes, the plants look exactly like this. I couldn't believe the variations are so wide, they look as if these two types are completely different species or hybrids.
Nice article, thanks for posting it up for all of us to read!! If that's from your book, I bet it's gotta be a precious Till bible

Oops!..I think I miss out a few pages. Have to search my files agian for the rest of the copy. Actually it's an old journal that I found.
