I don't know if it is a flower stalk but there looks like a bud and its very tall. Then I'll photograph nice clean photos. And bactrus, One is still very small.Only 4-5 leaves. But the two others have about 7-10 leaves. How did you get your snap snap confiscated? Must be aiming the lense at the wrong stuff. Camara phone pictures... I think you must be snapping the photos with one hand and/or the target is not stable- like in a car. Try leaving the plant, in this case, on a bright and stable place. Steady your phone camera with both hands then snap. Clean the lense first of course. Otherwise leave the phone one a table/stand or something the use timer. Hope this helps.
