e-bay; Sellers to "Watch Out For"

I noticed this thread on another forum and having had some similar experiences, I am posting the link here for our members' knowledge as well. It sounds like most of the problems (stolen plants being sold, cheating self-bidders) related in this thread are in US but there's also mention of one problem seller in Thailand.

I am not too sure about the e-bay'er named "gmember99", but I have also received a few semi-expensive, large batches of seed and not a single one has germinated in four months. I have informed the seller but never received any reply! Now I read that others have had problems with him as well. I'll post again if he ever corrects the problem with me.
