Cool Hehe...my 1st Lithops

Woo...Feel very happy cz I just receive 3 Lithops form postman which spare from David....


This is my 3 Lithops.....




I dun prepare media yet..so I just put with this white stone 1st..I think this is not suitable...









so can I put with this sand??




Headache...no know what media suitable for them..........

Help!!

David...Are u know this 3 Lithops is how years old??

The Lithops are 3 years old. Glad that they arrived at your place safe and sound. This is also my first time with Lithops, but my media is something like this...

cactus mix (1 part) + course sand (2 parts) + fine sand (2 parts)

I top up with stones.

Hope I'm doing the right things too...

Now is the big problem how to care them..haha!!
Nvm lah...we just try our best to care them....

have u watered your li thops from the time u got it?

Yes I did. When I first took it out of the parcel, the roots look so dry. I sprayed water on the roots and plant. Left it there to dry out before potting them. Then I just sprayed a little on the leaves after repotting them to remove dirt inbetween the 2 leaves. Got a table fan and blow across the whole pot. Will be getting a small computer fan soon to do the job for me. This way it will be cooler for the plants since they are so close to the lighting and it'll also keep humidity very low.

Yaloh..Maybe it so special and I never c it before….

Dacid…u really very care ur lithops…
For me..just know do stupid things..I just put them in the pot after I receive them…
