well, since you have two nepenthes cutting, maybe you can try this experiment instead, put the cutting inside the water directly and remember keep the water level constant, and beware of mosquito larvae also, this should make a very interesting experiment

gracilis can growing well in just water... All my gracilis cutting is grow in water.

casey, my drosera seeds germinated and are now 2-3mm...how long more before i remove the cover that is used to cover the pot?

Lol Casey.....lots of nice CP to give away to newbies! I'm planning to try out ventrata cuttings since I never really succeeded with cuttings. Will give some away next time. Good luck to those who got their plants.
