I search and came upon this site. I worked in the construction and sales industry, which enable me to travel to many part of sarawak and to get to see many things in the wild. Photography is my passion. I am presently the vice president of the Sarawak photo-art Society. I keep some but mostly lowland cps. It's great to have our own pitcher plant forum and thanks david for the welcome message |

I think you most probably have gone to all the sites where neps are growing in Borneo. Really interesting. Would love to follow you on one of your trips in the future. Have you gone to the campanulata site or is it still a secret to everyone? Is there only one site where companulata grows in or recently have another site been found? |

Many place in Sarawak are not fully explored due mainly to the numerous rivers and mts. Most place are still very remote not connected by roads or air. yes, perhaps one day we can arrange some easy to go places that need short walking distance but where unique neps are plenty. Getting from KL now is not an expensive affair. Air Asia offers very economic fares |

Guys, I agree with Robert that it is not expensive going to Sawarak nowadays with Air Asia. Log on to the Air Asia website and you can book your flight in advance. They always have promotion and if you book in advance, you get it cheap. Sometimes RM60 or RM29 per trip. RHB bank has also recently had a promotion with Air Asia. If you apply to their "Air Asia" credit card, you can purchase tickets to Sarawak for only RM29 and you do not need to book in advance. Thanks Choong for the preview. Now you make me more eager to go. Haa, haaa.... |
