Josh,

In your blog where you posted pictures of N. rafflesiana in that location, were there hybrids with ampullaria or maybe mirabilis or gracilis? I noticed the pictures of the N. rafflesiana you took has frill tendrils. That's kinda cool!

Do share with us more of your trips to the wild.

Hookeriana is the most common hybrid found, the rest are not hard to find too except for (bicalcarata X rafflesiana) and (albomarginata × rafflesiana) we have no luck finding them yet. In my gallery, i show a pix of rafflesiana × mirabilis var. echinostoma which is consider rare also.

The rafflesiana with lace tendrils is another variety call "Nepenthes rafflesiana var. alata J.H.Adam & Wil (1990) " found in Sibu.
