Yes, it is normal.

I recommend not disturb the plant.

If can, cut off few leaf of mother plant that blocking it from receiving sunlight.

Your plant is fine. The plantlet will find its way. I agree to let it grow a while before considering split. Just seem a bit wet and light starved. Is it receiving direct sunlight?

Thanks Tzestan & Harris,

Light schedule
Day : 0900 HRS - 1800 HRS (Direct Sunlight) except rainy day.
Night : 1800 HRS - 0900 HRS (Florescent Lamp).

Spray with Reverse Osmosis Water when my VFT in dry condition.
Reason : Reduce heat from environment light (Sun & Florescent)

Is it very green is not healthy condition for my VFT?
My VFT leaf so green and dark green.
Please advise.

no need giving it the fluorescent light.your direct sun is far more than enough..
just lieave the plant there at the direct sun place and dont move it here and there.

during night, its producing food so dont give anymore type of light

also, try avoiding watering the leaves during a hot day.just water the roots

Haha, from what I see, the bud is actually from the lower plant with smaller leaves. You have two plants there!!! In fact, you could split them now if you want two individual pots of plant. But normally I'll leave it as it is as a big clump always looked more awesome.
But your plant looked so exhausted to me, did you or someone trigger the traps to shut frequently?

Thanks TS,
Actually I never trigger the traps without any meal. All my VFT traps having meal (fly, millepede, cockroach, etc).
Or maybe exhausted having too much meals? huhuhu
