Hi guys,
I'm new here, just found out about this forum recently.
Well, I'm from the same hometown as David, and I used to keep a few nepenthes till they died of neglect.
Anybody here want some of David's darkest secrets? Hehehe just joking.

Thanks, will have fun but I guess I have a level of immunity to the neps bugs already-lah, my other hobbies also take a lot of my time like fishing (hence the nickname) and sausage making.

Ehem, ehem, eh, anybody here also want to hear about some of fishingman's "dark" secrets? heh, heh, heh... did you know, when he was in school....

fishingman is one of my close friends in our hometown. Just that after we came to Kl to work, we seldom contact until I met him again in my school unofficial forum.

Hey fishingman, when are you gonna let me try the sausages you make? I hear he makes great sausages for sale and is very creative with the flavours etc. He's already supplying to some restaurants and customers. So any of you interested to buy sausages, can ask him.

Still go fishing alot? I actually bought a fishing rod about 2 years ago but I've never used it before. Maybe can follow you to one of your fishing trips one of these days. At the same time can look out for wild nepenthes or sundews too...

By the way, he'll be going to fauzi's place this Sunday. So those of you who are going can meet him.

What to do? You live right across town....
Now if I do any fishing it's usually in payponds so no chance of finding wild nepenthes-lah. Been sime time since my last trip as well actually. I can bring some sample pack of my sausages for you-lah this sunday. Planning to set up a table in The Curve flea market or Plaza Mont Kiara flea market soon as well. Wanna share share the table? You take half I take half. hehehe

Hmm, at the moment, don have much plants to sell laaa. But I think I have a few extra. I might also want to go in to promote the forum and the cultivation of CPs in Malaysia. I can print some cards or stuff to give out.

Can check with Fauzi to see if he is also interested to come in and sell some of his plants.

Maybe if other members have a plant of two to spare, they can also join in to sell too. See what the rest say...

PetPitcher and 4ZE should merge. It would be beneficial for both parties. We advertise his nursery, he advertises this forum. Plus when buyers buy plants from his nursery but they don't really know how to look after it, he can tell them to visit this forum and we'll help them out. And if we provide business for 4ZE, it will have more cash, and in turn able to buy more neps that we don't have to sell to us. And maybe 4ZE would like to move into other sections of carnivorous plants. Selling sundews and pings. Then 4ZE would start to monopolise the whole carnivorous plant sales in Malaysia. Being a nearby for peninsular Malaysia, able to ship sundews and pings in 1 day, he would get quite a bit of business. And perhaps he could eventually get alot of sarras too, not only hybrids

We just have to give him business. He does seem like the best nepenthes nursery around already. Just needs more exposure. Fauzi, give out more business cards! Haha. We should make a pet pitcher card with 4ZE's address and contact on it, and 4ZE should add our forum to his card.

Maybe planning to do it on the 12th or 13th of May. Need time to prepare and build up stock first.
