The long wait is finally over (Raff v. alata)
« Thread Started on May 22, 2008, 4:13am »
I'm glad this waiting game is over for this raff. Now I'll have to wait for the notorious Northiana to finally pitcher.

Here are some shots, I'm surprised by it's intense coloration given that this is the first pitcher produced at my balcony, grown from cutting. Plant is about 10" in diameter and height.

Hope you like them as much as I do.

Cheers,
Isaac

Hongrui,

Coming from you, it's a big compliment! Yes, I'm also surprised by it's squat shape as well. You know this is a pitcher that I totally have no complaints about.

Robert,

I think it's a bit hard for me to surprise you with your vast personal experience with raff but this is really a beauty!

Rgds,
Isaac

Its a beautiful picther.I see the water level is high inside the picther. Is it natural from the pitcher or did you add water inside it?

Isaac, in the event that you have any complaints about the raff, you're most welcome to ship it over to me!

but that is a very very nice pitcher. it'd most interesting to see it again after the plant has put on more size and see if the color gets more intense.

Water inside is from my watering down from the leaves.

Isaac

The 2nd pitcher is opening its lid in another 1-2 weeks.

Will post update if there's new development. Thanks for viewing.
