Default N. macrovulgaris

Anybody growing this plant? I wanted to learn more information on the cultivation of this plant as well as possibly look at some pictures of cultivated specimens. Information on the internet is very scarce and incomplete. I may have the opportunity to acquire one but wanted to learn more about them before making any acquisitions. Thanks, later...

Hello pananep..

Yes, I have this one. when it arrive to my home (22/12/08), its size is S to M (see my attachment). Grow slow but surely compact. My media is mix of cocochip and dry sphagnum moss but more dry moss on the top of media to trap the humidity.

I live in lowland (google earth say it 61 meter from sea) but windy place. I'm not using shading net and just using big tree covering from direct sun but assume it will 50%. in the first month i used water tray.

so if u are in lowland, i think, N. macrovulgaris looks good for u. In wild, the characteristics of this plant is more terrestrial than epiphite, so i dont use orchid pot or cultivation like orchid. I dont know it wrong or not.

the best answer i think u must ask Fauzi who sell and grow it more experience than me...
