noted ceph's flowers have strong stalk, unlike droseras. How long have you been growing before it flowers?

The flowers are pretty huh. This is the first time I am seeing cephs flowers.

I have this Cephalotus more than 10 years.
In the beginning I had not information to how grow this plant and I did hurt a lot him.
