If your ventilation is very good you will very rarely have any fungus problems at all, so if I were you I would increase your ventilation as well as applying a fungicide. Aside from that, it looks like nothing too serious-it should make a full recovery. This is the natural cycle of the pitchers. Should not be anything to be worried about. Is that normal? Sometimes they turn brown when you feed them too much or when you feed them when they just open.
