Hi Tarence, I'm fine. Thanks.

Yeah, I used to have many too. D. scorpiodes doesn't grow well for me too. It's too hot for D. scorpiodes in our country.

I'm going to get shot for this, but for me D. scorpiodes is quite a fuss free grower, although if it goes dormant, it only comes out alive around 50% of the time. I usually water my dormant stuff like normal, but for most around 20% don't make it, depending on species.

D. scorpiodes can take our day heat unless you leave it to get blasted by direct afternoon sun. If you have problems, try growing it as a windowsil plant. It should work, even better if you have air-con at night and/or during the day. Pygmies are winter growing and I've found they can go red with just as little as an hour or two of morning sun and indirect light/light shade during the rest of the day.

Ifurita, where do you grow yours plse ?

Mine is out in the garden so aircon is def out. I don`t remember mine being in direct afternoon sun as I do know pygmies tend to be a tad fussier than others, but yes, if I try again, I`ll only allow 1-2 hours of morning sun as suggested.

Thank you.

Time * to * go * hunting * for * some * d.scorpiodes *

Currently, I've moved all my pygmies to my room window(make space for more neps muahaha), so they get air-con at night, but not during the day. Still, I know for a fact that they can grow without it, although flowering and production of gemmae is another story: I've never ever had D. scorpioides flower for me before, although I've had a few rounds of gemmae.

Guys, can you recommend an eBay seller for Drosera seeds that has viable seeds with good service especially communication and shipment? Just the ones that you already transact with.
