Hi Guys,
On my recent holiday to Kuching, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to visit Malesiana Tropicals. The nursery was very well secluded and it was a surprise that such a nursery existed in that area. I was fortunate enough to be brought to and about the nursery by the friendly staffs. Here are some pictures from the trip and I hope you like them. First of all I would like to show you the lowland area which consisted of three sections although I only have pictures of two of them. ![]() ![]() A stunning N. sumatrana pitcher ![]() A group of N. bicalcarata ![]() A family of N. ampullarias ![]() The giant N. truncuta ![]() ![]() A big pitcher of N. rafflesiana ![]() Malesiana’s very own hybrid N.x Menarik ![]() Now for the highland room (You may notice the two air-conds which are on twenty four seven and the giant mist maker) At 26 degree Celsius in the day and 16 degree Celsius at night, it was a chilling experience ![]() The N. klossi twins ![]() Assorted highlanders ![]() ![]() N. mira ![]() The endangered N. clipeata ![]() ![]() N. veitchii ![]() N. boschiana ![]() Thanks for looking. I hope you can get a rough overview of the area but I would really recommend you to pop by the area if you ever have the opportunity to travel to Kuching. |
