Literally.... I'm driving over the droseras (not on purpose of coz ) and didn't even know about it until we step out of the car to check out the surrounding...

What a coincident, the first thing that caught our eye was actually N. ampullaria sticking out among the fern bushes.... then after closer inspection, Lim found we were actually walking all over the D. burmannii....

I think there should still be some wild population on D. burmannii to be found in Eastern and North Eastern part of Peninsular Malaysia. The one I found in southern Thailand (actually not far from Malaysian border with Thailand) is on the West side of Peninsular Malaysia/Thailand.
