Thanks paphioboy.

Don't think x bauensis's pitcher will be anywhere close to northinana's pitcher size in the wild (I could be wrong) because most often then not, hybrids of gracilis will tends to retain of lot of gracilis traits (much stronger influence)... A back cross should improve northiana's traits but the problem is it'll take a long time (unless you already got a mature specimen) to get northiana to mature and flower in captivity...

I would say N. x bauensis is much easier to grow if compared to pure N. northiana. However it's not as vigorous like pure gracilis and other natural gracilis hybrids.
hahaha...yes indeed i have n. northiana in my collection and yes again for the accusation of me wanting more neps (n. x bauensis) wakakaakkaa

pakde has a n. x bauensis too but he said it has very little "eye pleasing" effect therefore i did not pay attention to it when i was there...
