Hi Jess,

For me I would chop the sphagnum moss up because if you use only long sphagnum moss, there are alot of big gaps inbetween the strain of moss and the seeds will get burried under the moss. The seeds need to be sprinkle above the media. Do not cover them with media.

It is ok if you do not have a terrarium. Just place the seeds where you would place an adult plant. That would be the perfect condition for it. Just need to provide more water and humidity to the seeds.
