The spur thingy is actually quite common among N. x hookeriana. If one of the parent can be confirm as N. ampullaria, then I believe the other parent would be N. rafflesiana by observing the wings, lid and tendril. N. bicalcarata's tendril will get thicker as it near the pitcher.
Still, the best is to also check the stems and leaves to get a more accurate observation.
